Marina Zoe Saoulidou

Marina Zoe Saoulidou holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Comparative Politics. Her doctoral research, conducted at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), delves into the dynamics of both left- and right-wing populist parties in Europe within the context of economic crises.

As an IKY Scholar (State Scholarships Foundation), Dr. Saoulidou was recognized for her academic achievements and also received an NKUA Compensatory Fellowship in the form of a teaching assistantship. She possesses a MPhil in European and International Studies, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Administration, both earned at NKUA.

Currently, Dr. Saoulidou serves as a Junior Research Fellow at the Hellenic Foundation for European and Foreign Policy (ELIAMEP). Additionally, she is an active member of the Hellenic Society of International Law and International Relations.
