Sana Akhter

Sana Akhter is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Law and Human Rights at Åbo Akademi University, Finland. Her primary area of interest lies in engaging with diverse legal perspectives within the field of International Law. Her work is grounded in a firm commitment to the principles of justice, accountability, and the protection of human rights. She also serves as a Student Editor for the “Talking Rights Blog,” a project of the Institute for Human Rights at Åbo Akademi University. Sana graduated from the University of the Punjab, Pakistan, with a Bachelor of Laws degree. Throughout her academic journey, she gained practical experience as a researcher in the legislative process and completed an internship at the PILDAT Youth Parliament Pakistan.
