Deborah Krzyzowski is currently finishing her Bachelor’s Degree in Governance within the Liberal Arts and Sciences programme at University College Freiburg. During her exchange year at Warwick University, UK she mainly focused on the analysis of narratives within politics, securitization theory, and quantitative methods. Her research interests are security and the rule of law within the EU, as well as the EU’s global role in these areas. Doing an internship with Vigilant, an interdisciplinary project funded by the EU commission’s Horizon programme to detect dis- and misinformation online, she is further researching ethical use of AI, and how the categorization of posts as valid or misinformation with AI will shape future society and politics.
