Hannah Geddes is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of St Andrews; her research explores how UK asylum support policy and work restrictions have been organised, practised, politicised, and contested in recent years. She previously completed an MSc in Refugee and Forced Migration Studies at the University of Oxford, where she focused on the UK’s asylum seeker work ban. Hannah has experience working in public sector auditing, and in NGO community organisations which support displaced people in Greece and the UK.
