Hekmat Hasan

Hekmat Hasan is a Bulgarian-Syrian filmmaker and trainee journalist. Hekmat is pursuing his undergraduate degree studies in Broadcast and Digital Journalism at University of West London. Born in Bulgaria in 2002, Hasan grew up in Burgas, a city on the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast, to a Syrian family. Hekmat is forging an unwavering path towards documentary filmmaking and journalism. With a profound dedication to high-quality visual storytelling, he dives deep into the intricate realms of global politics and history, striving to unveil the untold narratives that shape our world.
